Submit a deletion request
Email contact@hithertu.com with the subject Jamdoku account deletion.
Include your Jamdoku account identifier or account name if available, but do not send a Jamdoku password, Google password, Google Play purchase token or other secret.
We will acknowledge the request and may ask you to complete a proportionate verification step to demonstrate control of the Jamdoku account.
Your email address does not need to match the Gmail address used for Google Play. Google Play Billing does not disclose that Gmail address to Hithertu, so a Gmail address alone cannot identify or verify a Jamdoku account.
What the request covers
Once we have located the account and appropriately verified control of it, we will delete the Jamdoku account and delete or irreversibly anonymise the associated profile, gameplay, generated-challenge and multiplayer information that we no longer need to retain.
We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We will restrict retained information to those purposes and explain any material retention when confirming the outcome of the request.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten through their normal cycle. During that period it will be placed beyond normal use and will not be restored for ordinary service purposes.
We will complete the request and confirm the outcome without undue delay and normally within one month. If we reasonably need further information to locate the account or verify control of it, the response period begins when we receive that information. We will tell you if an exception applies or if the law allows us additional time.
Subscription cancellation is separate
Deleting a Jamdoku account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play. Cancel the subscription separately through Google Play to prevent future renewal.
Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, delete the Jamdoku account or its associated information.
